I am due to upgrade the 1st of Sept 2013, and my contract is still in my mothers' name. I requested to upgrade a mere 4 days earlier because I am in Pretoria and will not be able to be here then. Their answer to this is that i cannot upgrade earlier because i don't spend enough on my contract.
I find this offensive! Just because i don't spend enough time on my phone i can not be allowed to upgrade a FEW days earlier? My requirement for my cellphone is exactly the same as a person spending a R1000 a month.
I want to upgrade earlier out of necessity, not just a whim
