Bad service and repair complain

I reported my unserviceable samsung galaxy s4 to vodacom store in palaborwa on 20 December 2013' the technician portrayed a bad aggressive and unwilling to help attitude, this was reported to vodacom customer care on 21 December 2013' and follow ups were done on 23 December 2013 as well as on 2 or 3 January 2013' still no feedback regarding the outcome of this complain. I handed the unserviceable phone in at vodacom care menlyn on 23 December 2013. I was informed that the phone is ready for collection on 7 January 2014', on my arrival on 8 January 2014 they told me that the phone was send back to advance repairs without informing me, they cannot tell me when the phone will be ready because the phone still does not want to switch on. I am losing business on a daily basis while paying for a service which I do not receive, the phone is on contract with vodacom and are four months old, from this experience it became clear to me that the customer is no priority to vodacom.
