Phone is water damaged

I have a contract with vodacom for a blackberry 9320 that i took 6 month ago from vodacom keywest, i have always had issues with my phone because it keeps on rebooting it's self a month after buying it. i took it back to keywest and i was told it could that the software needs to be updated or the battery might be lose from the back and because they don't do repairs they might have to take my handset to either fourways or cresta and i will only get it after 4-6 weeks and i will need to pay R60.00 to courier it. i refused because for me 4 weeks was a long time and didn't have the R60.00, Last week 22/01/2014 i finally took it in for repairs at vodacom repairs centurion job no.9581040. today 30/01/2014 i phoned them asking about the status of my phone, Alisha told me that my phone was water damaged so i will need to pay R1700.00 to get a new phone. i asked for the number of their advanced repair center 0821994 and spoke to Divan and he told me that the warranty on my phone was cancelled because my phone was physically damaged and they found water on the pc board which is another reason they can't fix my phone, i am not happy with the service because i am still paying for that phone.
