Same nonsense as everyone else and not the first time. MY internet has been down since the 24 th of January 2014. Now a week and reference number after reference, 30min here holding on the line, 50min etc no answer??? really??? Is there actually people working at Telkom?
Over a R1400 spent on Airtime just from the 24th --- I rely on my adsl (wi-fi) because I stay in a "no network" zone. And with NO RESULTS. This is ridiculous and pathetic, beyond pathetic!!! I just want to say thanks for the FANTASTIC SERVICE!

"Your service on has been tested and FREE of defects"? Yet here I am, on the 30th with no internet.
Get a hold of another technician to tell me " u u u we are having some issues in that area" Well fantastic, is anyone actually working on the problem?
FIX THE PROBLEM ITS A PAID SERVICE SO I EXPECT IT TO WORK OR A REFUND AS WITH ANYTHING THAT DOES NOT WORK!!
