My house phone has stopped working on 23 January 2014 as the line just went off and if someone has to phone the house number it goes to another line.
I have reported the issue on 23 January 2014 which i was told that telkom's technician will respond within 48 hours however it is now mare than 7 days and i have had no response from Telkom or any technician. I have followed up with Telkom on numerous occasions and have also reported the issue again but stil haven't got any response.
This is horrible service from Telkom.
