I have done an upgrade Sunday at the Eastrand Mall Galleria branch to a Nokia Lumia 625 and took it back on Wednesday to exchange for another phone as it is faulty. They loaded on my request on Sunday an extra amount of R59 to give me more MB's HOWEVER, when I took the phone back on Wednesday at 11 o'clock, I asked them to cancel it and rather reconnect my BIS on my old phone (Blackberry 8520) so that I can have a phone until they can give me another phone... I was advised that it will take 2 - 24H for the BIS to "kick" in BUT my phone is still not working.
I cannot use the Nokia's sim in another phone... it shows it is blocked and the old phone's BIS is not working!!! This is really of utmost urgency that my BIS is sorted out asap. I also don't know how it works if I have one number and 2 phones... did they have to load it on the system as one number 2 lines??? I am unemployed, went for interviews and these employers can not get hold of me AS I DO NOT HAVE A PHONE!! I need account fixed ASAP
