One net Express

I applied for the One Net Express service from Vodacom on the4th December 2013 .Tom for my business. Went through to Vodacom Head Office in Midrand and was promised someone would contact me. No one contacted me so after I enquired regarding this, I was visited by Irwin Phukuile from Vodacom on Lunnon in Pretoria. The necessary documents were completed I explained that I needed this service urgently as we were moving premises at the end of December 2013..
8 weeks laterand I don't have the new Vodacom lines and Vodacom have cancelled my land lines, effectively cutting off all communication from my clients. This has resulted in a huge loss of business. I received no feedback from Irwin, despite numerous emails and phone calls. I submitted a complaint to Vodacom rep Nomzi Sikobi on the 10 th January. She got hold of Irwin's boss, a Christiaan Abrie who promised to sort the whole mess out. Progress was made and last week I was informed the new phones and SIM cards would be delivered on the 23rd January. To date no phones, SIM cards or lines and my clients can't get hold of me.
