BAD MANAGEMENT / SERVICE GALLERIA BRANCH

Email to Hicell / Vodacom H/O - STILL NO REPLY FROM THEM!!! only a reply from customer services. BIS has been sorted out however...

I have done an upgrade Sunday at the Eastrand Mall Galleria branch to a Nokia Lumia 625 and took it back on Wednesday 29 Jan, to exchange for another phone as it is faulty. The Manager of the Galleria branch advised that I will be able to do an exchange to another phone with the same value by Monday..he will phone me, It is THURSDAY 6 Feb, tomorrow and still no call. Also THE MANAGER... told me to use the Nokia's micro sim in my blackberry 8520 which use a normal sim, and as I thought, THIS CAN'T BE DONE!??? Pathetic! Also R220 for a sim swap for a phone that I did'nt have almost half a month, now R106???
