Making too much profit for 1 extra customer?

I stay in Cedar Lakes & work in Braamfontein. I'm currently looking to purchase an iPad Air so I searched the net yesterday looking for retailers (obviously close to where I stay) that sell the product. MTN Cedar Square was listed so I called them, spoke to a lady who told me that they do not have it. I asked if they'll have it & when, only then she said they do take orders if a customer wants one (not sure why she didn't mention this when I first asked if they offer the iPad Air). Nonetheless, I then asked for the different specs & their relevant pricings, which she gave me. I was happy with this & as soon as I knocked off I made my way there, rushing to make it before their closing time of 18:00. I arrived at exactly 17:48 (I checked the time) & the doors were already locked - 11 minutes left before closing time! Of the 3 consultants inside the shop, the 2 that saw me (white male & black female to his left) just looked at me, said something to each other, shook their heads and continued cashing up. No acknowledgement of me standing there or communication/ explanation why they're closed. Just a glance & a horrible stare from the female. I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE THANK U!
