The download speed has decreased significantly, I never previously had any problems, where my download speeds was about 200kb/s, it has decreased to an average of 20kb/s and do not go more than 40kb/s. I have a good signal strength at about -83dBm, so that is not the problem
This is my only means of internet I can get, and playing online games is also a huge frustration, because of the high latency (I never had any problems before)
Please fix it, or i will be forced to cancel my contract and will not pay the penalties. I will not pay for internet that I cant use!
