I've had a Cell-C "High Speep" modem now for over 2 years, (Black Modem).
In the past I received fairly good download speed.
3-5.5 Meg download speeds.
2 weeks ago, I couldn't connect anymore to the internet, I called Customer Care and was advised to go to my nearest Cell C outlet & download new software.
Ever since I went to the N1 City Branch to upgrade the software, I've had problems with my internet.
The download speed is slower than the old 56K Dial-Up Modem! Average speed is 26k.
It has taken me almost an hour to send this message. It happens on both my desktop and laptop.
A network investigation was reported at N1 City, but the matter is getting worse!!!
