I am frustrated with my internet connection with Telkom. I live in Delareyville in the Northwest. During office hours my download speeds never exceed 25Kb/s, but mostly average around 10Kb/s. I already contacted Telkom Support and a technician checked my line and found some errors, but it appears as if the errors are unrelated to my problem. My line is OK, and after Office hours I get good download speeds.
I understand that Telkom has (had?) problems with international bandwidth, but waiting 40 minutes to download a file of 10Mb is unacceptable. I had better download speeds in 1998 with a Dial-up modem. Could someone please determine what is going on?
