Slow Speed Internet

My internet speed has decreased over the past month or two too unbearably slow speeds (0.14Mb/s dl, 0.08Mb/s ul).

I used to be able to play online games at a reasonable speed in the past but am unable to do anything with the current network speeds.

Originally when i took the data bundles through 8ta i was receiving at least 1.5Mb/s on upload an download speed when doing a speedtest.

When contacting the call centers i get passed left and right with no solution to my problems... Telkom if i have good signal how can i receive such terrible speeds?

Please Fix the Issue with your network.
