PATHETIC SERVICE FOR A LOYAL CUSTOMER

I have upgraded my contract on the 14th of July to a Sony Xperia Z. I had used the phone for a few hours before the touch screen stopped functioning i had restarted the phone only to find out that i could not i could not hit the ok button as that part of the screen was not working. I took the phone back to the store the next day and they tell me that the screen had a small crack and that is why the phone is not working. they made me run around to the customer service for 1 and half hours trying to sort out with no success.

The service agent that did my upgrade did not follow procedure and open the box to show me the phone which is a breach on the stores side and now it has been over a week since the store manager is awaiting the warehouse to pick up the phone. at the moment i do not have a phone to use and have been calling the store with not help from the sales agent or the manager. All he can tell me is that he is awaiting the warehouse and that he cannot help since the screen is broken. It is extremely frustrating that the phone was not opened in the store and then it suddenly stops working and i as the customer has to suffer especially when my average bill is close to R2000pm
