ADSL Line Issues

Over the course of the past 2 and a bit weeks I have been attempting to order an ADSL 2Meg Line and connection through MWeb. My experience has been frustrating and hopeless, unexpectedly.

To be clear I went with MWeb as my ISP and Line provider as my experience in the past (I was previously an ISP Customer) was positive and I was assured that getting my line through MWeb would result in better service levels. As it is my experience of Telkom through this process (yes, I have had to follow up with them too) has been excellent.

I will try and provide a picture as I can't rehash it all in this space. I have gone from being told that there was a hold up on Telkoms side (I had to initiate this follow up) to being told that MWeb has cancelled my order as they cannot place an order due to Telkom having an open order on my account. Cancelled, you cancel my order without letting me know! I, myself, have since confirmed that the open order is in fact a Wholesale DSL conversion, since I have spoken to no other ISP's, this can only be MWebs order, something I have told 3 different consultants. If you have lost track somehow should I be expected to rectify that? I am very disappointed.
