For the past 10 months, MTN has overcharged me by R170 per month as they 'forgot' to remove a promotion that should've expired on my account after 24 months. I have been charged interest on outstanding accounts, that actually have not been outstanding and am told today (Wed, 2014-01-29) that there is a backlog and it may take up to 30 days for a credit to be applied to my account.
I want a refund into my bank account - Why on earth would I leave a huge credit with MTN when I could be receiving interest in my own savings account? Up to 30 days to rectify YOUR error!? This is absolutely ridiculous.
MTN - Come on! I have been a loyal customer of yours for FAR TOO MANY years and if this is not resolved asap, accept this as yet another loyal customer that is going to leave you!
