I purchased my BlackBerry Z10 from MTN in Rietfontein Road, Boksburg during March 2013. Last week I got an Error BB10-0015 message on my phone and took it the the store where it was bought. I was told that it must be sent in for repairs and to take it directly to the repair centre in Northrand Road to save time. I handed in my phone at the repair centre on Wednesday 22/01/2014 and was told that it would take 48 hours to repair. I contacted them on Friday and was advised that the phone cannot be fixed and that I would be getting a replacement (secondhand) phone but that they do no have stock and was expecting stock on Tuesday. I contacted them again on Monday and was advised that they still do not have stock and did not know when they would get stock. I contacted them again yesterday and was told the same thing. No loan phone was offered and when I enquired about this I was told that I do not qualify and that they do not have stock anyway. The error code that appeared on my phone is a BlackBerry problem and not caused by my negligence. My phone is also still under warranty. Their attitude: We have no stock and you must wait. After being with them for 15 years, this is what I get??
