2013 I upgraded to a data package of R99 pm, however, on 28/10/2013 I was debited R284.40, 28/11/2013 I was debited R175.00, on 28/12/2013 I was debited R206.40 and again 31/12/2013 I was debited R107.33. I have never been debited the R99 as my contract states. I called twice, logged 2 complaints, last query was logged in the second week of January 2014 and its now the last week and I still have not received any feedback or refunds. Can someone who actually knows what they are doing please assist me as this is totally not acceptable.
Having said the above, I must state that I have had contract with CellC for a very long time and this is the first time that this has happened and its very disappointing.
