Dead phone

From day one the phone started to give me problems and after a week the phone went in for repairs. Before the 6 months expire in the December the phone just went dead and also did not want to charge. Now I am struggling to get the proper feedback as to what is going on and why can`t the phone be replace with a new phone. The phone should have been replaced from day one. I am paying for a device that I am not even using. Every time I go and do enquiry they say the matter has been escalated, but no one comes back. I am very unhappy and discussed with the service I have been getting. After almost 2 months I went in to get to phone without any one contacting me from my first complain. Now can say why the phone just went dead and all of the sudden it is said that I have damaged the phone a BER determination, I can't believe this. No manager ever came back to me with any feedback this is POOR SERVICE. I want somebody to contact me ASAP I want to cancel this contract. This is the 1 time I ever experience such BAD SERVICE, the handset should been replace on day one already. How can you sell device broken or damaged to customers.
