I am back again, to complain about the Nashua and its Handsets.
My Blackberry Bold 9900, just went dead on me and would not switch on or charge. I have only had the device for a 12 months. Halfway through its life span it decides to go dead and give up on me. None the less, i take the device in for repairs, i am informed it could take up to 30 days to repair. The do not bother to give me a loan phone in the interim.
How am i expected to keep intouch with people. i cant even keep up with friends and family, My social life is suffering and going down the drain. I mean i bought this for for precisely these reasons... with a 24 month warranty on the device, you would expect it to last you that long...
The phone has not been working since mid-december. What happens to my BIS subscription for the period the device has been faulty and not in use. Will my account be credited accordingly.
