My phone is 8 months old. Sure it has fallen a few times. But who's phone doesn't fall or get scratched. The phone was 9 months old and Cell C is refusing to replace it even though my cousin had his replaced about a month ago with the exact same issue and his phone was also not immaculate and had scratches and a dent or 2. The problem I had with the phone was network related and has been the issue since the phone was new. The agents at the cell c in port elizabeth where I took this phone out on a contract advised that because it is a phone designed to run on LTE and cell c has YET TO INTRODUCE this service to its members, that the phone would be slow. If I put a cover on my phone people would complain they couldn't hear me at all. Hence I put screen protectors on both the front and back. The phone is a little bit damaged. But this is because of the initial fault of the phones reception being ridiculously poor. So now because of this, I must suffer? I'm working in an environment where service is key. This service from a cell c has been less than desirable. If I don't get this device replaced without the additional R2600 charge, I will write to the newspaper and repost on this site.
