I have an Internet account for R99 per month. I paid that for Aug, Sept and Oct 2013. End of December I received an account of R2 033. I asked for a itemised billing, but I waited now for a month without any feedback. I sent them everything they asked for. This month I received again an account of R2 044. I am going to stop my debitorder today and refuse to pay a cent further if the matter is not sorted out.
