Damaged phone returned not fixed

My contract with Autopage was about to expire sometime last year (2012) when I decided to get an upgrade and continue. I got a new phone and the value of the subscription was increased accordingly. The problem started when the phone just went dead. I took it back for repairs. After a few weeks I got a call to come collect the phone as it was back from repairs. To my disappointment, the technicians had failed to fix the phone. I thought they'd give me a new phone but the didn't. As I was contemplating my next move, I got the shock of my life when I received my statement for that month. I had been charged for taking the phone for repairs as well as fees. Needless to say, I was horrified because I could not and still do not understand why I have to pay when the phone was not fixed.

I deem the treatment quite unfair as I'm still paying for the damaged phone that I can't use. Surely this cant be right...
