Goo day, I am a very unhappy and disappointed customer as this moment. My phone was bought 29.04.2013 as a birthday anniversary gift. I had the phone for about 4 months it started giving me problems i took the phone back and it was sent for repairs i got the phone back a week later and then two weeks later the same problem and took it back again after complaining i got the phone back 01.11.2013. I went away for the weekend and the same day that i collected the phone it gave problems again for the 3rd time this is pathetic and i'm outraged as this phone is giving me more problems than pleasure. I unfortunately couldn't return it yet as i was working late Monday and Tuesday but i want to make myself clear this is the worst service ever. i don't want another phone and i bought the phone cash R1399 and have insurance on it. How can you buy you a new phone and now the phone is about 6 months old but is more in repairs or damaged than me using it. Clearly the phone is faulty and therefore refuse to take another phone i want my money back. I don't care what you do but i want this sorted ASAP.
