Goodday!!

I've upgraded in April 2013 to the new Blackberry Z10 with the Straight Up 100 Lite. At that time, you've got a promotion on that you receive the 100 MB data 500 MB data free = 600MB (Do me a favour, and check your promotion booklet in April 2013). This was the main reason why I chose this phone and contract in the first place.

In August my plan change to the Straight Up 100 Lite, I've received the correct talk time minutes and SMS, but only 100 MB. I've put in various request at your branches with no luck. According to the branch I should received 300 MB as the contract stated. I do not even received the 300MB as per contract, so what are my changes on 600MB as the promotion stated.

Till today 4 months later I still haven't received my MB data you owe me, still getting 100MB. I'm paying R45 to get 300MB extra so that I can use the internet on my phone which is unexceptable, as I am suppose to get MB every month.

Please sort out my contract and data, as I am not willing to pay 24months for a contract for something I don't receive.
