I recently upgraded my phone with Altech Autopage, and i upgraded to the BlackBerry Z10, i only have the phone for just a month and my bill is R 2158.19, Majority of this amount is data usage, i was unaware that the blackberry Z10 runs constantly on data. I called the Altech Autopage customer care on numerous occasions to rectify this, but i have not been helped, i have called the branch that i did the upgrade and explained to them the situation, and they were also no help, wen i question the lady @ altech Autopage branch about why i was not told that the phone runs constantly on data, her answer was "well they should of explained that to you" so i asked so is this a? and she said " Yeah oh well"! what is that? i am not prepared to pay for the data usage reason being i do not use the internet on this fone and i have been told now that as long as your blackberry is on you are getting charged for data, i had to remove my sim from the phone to avoid more cost, this resulted in my customers not being able to contact me and me losing alot of business, i am totally disgusted with how altech Autopage treats there customers, if not resolved then i will take legal action.
