Time Wasted and No Stock

My phone was due for an upgrade. I went throguh to the MTN in Edenglen and they were closed due to a. Fair enough. i rushed through to MTN greenstone. I waited in the queue for an hour before being helped just to get to the front and be told that there is no stock of any of the samsung phones i enquired about. Furious at our time being wasted my husband was a bit irate (within reason of course) and got onto the mtn customer service and eventually got through to a supervisor.

The manager at greenstone called my husband to tell him that they do have stock and that how it works is you fill in all the forms for the upgrade and come back a week later to pick up the phone. hello... are you being stupid or something, having stock means i fill in the forms and get the phone immediately not tell me to come back a week later, which means you placed an order for the phone.

MTN Greenstone never answers the phone either so you can never phone in to first enquire if stock is available or not, plus someone should quickly walk down the queue and ask what people want so 1 hour lunch time is not wasted for nothing.

We ended up rushing to Bedfordview who was the only helpful branch.
