I have been trying to get a Samsung Galaxi Tablet now for 3 weeks. First call they said they do not have stock and that they will make a note to call me once stock comes in - no call naturally. Second week I call again - still no stock after I was informed that stock will arrive two days before. Week 3 - no surprice, I have to call and be told that stock arrived, but nothing is left. So they gent say that they can process the request and get Pre-approval, all done (but no stock-date given when stock will come in) I call AGAIN to get progress on stock delivery STILL NO STOCK. They refer me to a shop, now everytime I had to call it takes at least 20 - 40 minutes before they asist a person. At voda world they have a waiting system where they wanted me to wait a freekin hour for assistance for something that could have been done over the phone. Afterwards I still call the call centre to place a back order for the item as I clearly have no other choise than to drive from shop to shop to find out if they have stock of the tablet - only to be told that the only person that can help me is the person that assisted me - no call from him either - USELESS
