Hi i have sent my blackberry 9320 in for repairs and after two weeks you guys could not fix my phone so instead have given me a REFURBISHED phone which is unacceptable. When i booked in the phone for repairs a consultant did say to me that should the phone cannot be fixed then i would be given a new phone. An example would be if you have purchased a vehicle and then faced up with mechanical failures is it fair if the dealership takes away your vehicle and gives you another vehicle which is coded! Well in this case perhaps a code 3 vehicle which is exactly what happened in this case. I have been in contact with Sibusiso Maduna from your head office and he related me to another story which is intolerable. If you guys cannot fix my phone and give me back the phone that i had initially bought then you guys owe me a new phone. NOT A REFURBISHED PHONE.Poor service all around and absolutely show no value towards a customer
