After phoning 3 stores of MTN, non stock the Sony experia z tablet. tried to phone the big mtn store in centurion and never got hold of anyone after 3 days of calling. went there today (02/11/2013) to go do the upgrade. after waiting a while in the line i decided to ask someone if the have stock before waiting any longer... ask the lady before i wait 2 hours in the line and not have stock if she can tell me if they have stock. she replied very sarcastic that it will take 3 hours for them to help me and she will go see if there is stock. went back and waited longer.. after a wile i decided to ask (i think its a manager) if they have stock. no she replied and said it would be there maybe on Thursday.
never had this issue at VODACOM. mtn is the worst "service" provider ever, with the worst counter staff!!!
i am taking this further on monday.
