Bad Quality and service from Sony

I recently purchased an Sony Xperia Z contract at Telkom mobile in Longbeach Mall.

I was very dissapointed at this phones quality as i was told it was one of the best on the market.
My phone screen cracked whilst in my pocket, i had a screen gaurd an a leather cover that suppose to protect my phone. I never once dropped my phone and i only had it a few weeks.
I sent it for repairs and they said Sony wont cover the expense cause its the screen that cracked which really supprised me as they promise its one of the best on the market.
It left me very disgusted but i needed to get my phone working as i use it for work purposes. They sent me a quote of R4776.00 which really shocked me as i cannot afford to pay that much as it being Christmas and the holidays.
We all struggling and we being sold contracts which doesnt cover the most important component and then on top of it the quality dont meet there promises.
