I got the Sony Xperia Z1 on 9 Nov on upgrade for 076 no. The phone stopped working on Fri 6 Dec, while reading a message the phone went black and would not turn on again. I handed the phone in at Vodaworld repair centre on Sun 8 Dec and was not offered a replacement or temporary smart phone or sim-swop. All my contact info is on the Sony. On removing the sim card and the phone from the Flip Cover it was noted that the back was damaged. I am unable to prove that the damage was not caused by me, I did not drop the phone, bump the phone or mishandle the phone in anyway. When I got the phone I immediately put the screen guard on and placed the phone in the protective flip cover. I had someone with me that can attest to this. I also have my work colleagues that can and will sign affidavits that the phone stopped working of its own accord on Friday 6 December at work. Today is 6 January and I still do not have the phone back, Natashia & Bhekinkosi do not respond to my emails or get back to me like they say they will, I have to email them non-stop to get any response, and even then, it's never a definitive answer or date to return the phone. I am done with Sony & Vodaworld.
