I upgraded my cell phone contract with MTN yesterday, n because I bought an iPhone I had to do a sim swop to change my SIM card to a micro sim which I did and they told me it would take about 2-24 hours to disconnect my old sim ANC start using the new micro sim. I have waited for more than 28 hours and I can't even use the stupid phone now bcos it only takes that sim n Mtn are dragging their feet in changing my SIM card, I should be enjoying my new phone now n not writing reports to tell people how to do their jobs, please sort this out as my patience is running thin
