DYSFUNCTIONAL TECHNICAL SERVICES

I have been waiting for over a month to get a DSL line.
A technician was assigned.
I waited at home all day.
No one came.
Twice this happened.
I have now gone for mobile internet with another company instead and cancelled my service with Telkom.
This is just the latest episode in a long history of this company failing to provide the service for which they overcharge.
