I took my 5 months contract phone to a telkom mobile store due to a faulty battery and screen. It's almost 2 months now since i took it in for repairs and when i speak to them i'm told they are still busy with repair. Firstly i pay for this contract every month and the ''i don't give a attitude'' from the regional manager by the name of Sandra leave so much to desire. If possible the one thing i could ask for is for them to just cancel the contract because if it gives me problems within 5 months, should i still trust it would last me 24 months especially after this pathetic experience with the service provider!!
