All fairness, your service is

I used to think that Virgin mobile only has one person working half day in their cancellation department..

But, I managed to cancel my contract though after days of calling and holding, and going back and forth with the consultants who again forgot to really 'cancel' my contract on the system, now I had to deal with proving that I deserve to be credited after being billed. I had all the email proof. Luckily.

As soon as that was sorted, hmm, my ITC records were not reflecting as such. My ITC records had an overdue status for my 'active' Virgin Mobile (VM) account. And this is now 6 months later.

Geez, the uphill battle just to get the VM staff to send a request to update my ITC profile, or to at least send me a 'Paid Up Letter'. I'm weeks in, calling, holding, sending mails, being transferred to and from the accounts department, collections department, finance department, etc..

Still have not come right..

I honestly thought I would at least get, some, service. But again, seeing how many complaints flood in regarding this company, no hope...
