Another 8ta Classic

Received my long awaited BB9900 which had be sent to repairs, and was excited but it was short lived that the battery send from repairs is damaged literally it will not hold power for 5 minutes. Went to complain at the Telkom shop in Capetown CBD and was told they need to take back the phone for repairs another 28 days. Yet the problem is a battery. In 9 Months i had the contract with 8ta it means i only used my phone phone for 6 months. How does a technician pack up a faulty battery battery from repairs. Are then not supposed to check if everything is in order. Used a friend's battery on the phone its fine. I saw the manager at the telkom shop who promised to get back to me today and alas till now no call. All i need is a working battery they should just have given me my original battery before taking the phone for repairs . 8ta /Telkom this is pathetic service, how may times should a phone in the 24th contract period go for repairs and unfortunately you offer 1 Year warranty. I have no joy from the Telkom shop or the Call centre and there is no platform on 8ta to escalate a query you guys understand complaints and scarring your image. So far nothing positive to say.
