It seems that passing the buck has not become the only one of the major characteristics to describe 8ta Telkom mobile.
Signed up for a new contract 5 months ago. Cellphone failed to boot up as it was a software issue. They replaced the new phone with a 2nd, scratched, broken, 'refurbished' phone. Took that in, now they have been repairing, the 'refurbished' not the new one I bought for over 2months!!!
Spoke to the manager. Telkom Mobile's excuse... its their repair centers fault... which has no details!
I have been paying for this phone while its lying at the center collecting dust. Pathetic to say the least!!
