NEVER AGAIN!!!

Last year I received a call from Elite Mobile, informing me that I was due for an upgrade and requesting that I could make use of the special on the Samsung S4 that they where running. I was hesitant, but decided to give them a change. The sales rep told me all about the S4 and also informed me that they would deliver the phone to my work place and that the upgrade would not cost any additional charges.

Now, three / almost four months later, the S4's battery are giving problems and I phoned Elite Mobile to get the invoice for the phone, as this is required for replacing the battery. I was told that I have to phone Vodacm. I phoned Vodacom and they could only supply me with a quote, which are not accepted for the repair. I then noticed that the phone now, on-top of my normal contract, costs an additional R189.00 per month.

What a... How unprofessional of Elite Mobile and now I sit with the upgraded phone with a faulty battery which can not be replaced because I am not in possession of an invoice.

This is a bad experience and makes me doubtful towards any middleman like Elite Mobile.
