Bad attitude and service - AGAIN!!!

Sunday 26/01/2014 I went to Clearwater Telkom Mobile to top up my 3G. On entering and walking over to the main counter, the lady behind the counter moved further down the counter and ignored me - she just continued doing what she was doing. When I asked if I can be assisted - her answer was - No, she will not assist me as I did not greet her - but she never even looked up from what she was doing. I asked if I can get her name, and she refused (the way somebody will go if they are guilty!). I asked her for her managers details and she gave me Louise Smith, tel no 011 675 5836 - this number rings of the hook! I went back today - I need my 3G to do my work for heavens sake - and she was there again, now busy with her cellphone. I asked if she remembered me, and yes, she did. I said that the contact details given was no good, and the excuse came quickly... her manager was in a meeting all day (really?). I then bought my 3G (being held hostage in order to do my work and earn a living ) - I left. The following name is on the receipt: MBALI, HELLEN MANTSHAB.

This is not the first time I had rude service from Telkom Clearwater - will not be renewing my contract!
