Bad customer service

The worst customer service ever experience from a branch manager that have a real bad adjudge and refuse to listen to your problem regarding a product that been taken on contract less than 7 days ago from the Telkom store in Clearwater mall. Never deal or try to do any business with Hellen Mbali.
As per telkoms term and conditions a client have 14 days no questions ask and as been advertised to return the product if not satisfied. She refused to assist us in any matter even if we have received a case number from Telkom SA call centre to take the product back to the branch we got it from. No luck and no customer serves.
