POOR SERVICE AND INCOMPETENCE

I have recently applied for a landline in Clearwater, it took more than a week to have a business line installed, line was only installed after three visit to the store, I bought Telkom land line for R998.00 which packed up in a week, went to store, told there is no stock, i suggested they should call other store to see if they have, Keywest had and I was told to collect the following day, Taryan was not in and the phone was not there, promised by Hellen Mbali to receive a call as soon device is available the following day, no call from the store until I went to the store again. I personally brought the matter to Hellen regarding the service. The replacement phone packed up again. I went to the spoke to Hellen who was frankly very rude to me in front of customers and my two sons. I have to leave the phones in the store after this uncourteous attitude and rudeness displaced. Whether the phones have been struck with lightning or they are generally faulty, assumption displaced and rudeness are totally unwarranted. I have left the store with hugh dissapointment and still without any couteousness from the store. Such incompetence and lack of service in the service industry cannot be tolerated.
