MOST USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER

I placed an order for a telkom line, a technician was at my house on the 14/01/2013 and mentioned that he could not do the installation as another technician would have to come out for cables. I called telkom and set another appointment for today 21/01/2013 and waited until 14:00, when i contact telkom i get told the technician could not get access to the complex. I contacted security at the complex now and it was confirmed that there was nobody from telkom today. The security also mentioned that they know telkom is at the complex often as new lines were layed and most of the units are placing orders and that telkom was there a lot last week. spoke to cornelia mokoena (Incompetent), who refused to give me the technicians contact details and said that i need to book another app. i am at work and arranged for someone to be at home when the technician arrives. i asked if they could come out tomorrow but was told no. Does telkom not understand that people work and cannot wait at home for them to arive and thats if they really do come out. I asked to speak to her manager Jacob Malele but could not speak as he was in a meeting, she refused to even give his mangers e-mail (Toobie Thaver)
