I Went into Clearwater Mall today to the Telkom Shop.
At first I received excellent service, I ask for itemised billing, the lady helped me very nice
and gave my papers for me, She is in fact the only one that is available to anybody in the shop.
The other people either walk around, or walking around with there food.
I then went to go threw the itemized billing to check my high account.
I then went back to the shop to ask the people about my account that is showing figures that is not wright.
the nice lady called one of the Telkom people to help me, she walked straight to the landline, dial a number and point to me "come" she said I must speak to the operator. I said to her but I can do that from my Telkom line, she said "that is what you must do" I then took the call and start talking to the operator on the other side, they forward me 4 times to different people, while the lady in Telkom is standing doing nothing to help me. It is upsetting to see Telkom is paying people in there shop to work and they don't want to assist you. And that is not just me, there are other people turning around and walking out because of bad service. My personal advice Close the Shop!!!
