Arrived at the Game store at about 18h00 on the 19/09/13 and went straight to the electronic department to purchase some cam coder cassettes. There was no one to assist me so I proceeded to the lady at the counter in that area which at the time was reading a book! she made about five announcements and a few call to get someone to assist me but no one came, must of been close to 20min when Brendan finally arrived and went to another customer that was waiting. As Brendan Taylor walked past me I asked if they have the cam coder cassettes in stock and he went to check and said yes he also asked me if i want them cause they only have 3 packs that prized R249 I said yes and he left, i waited another 5min and saw Brendan standing at the counter i went and asked him what the holdup was and he said hes busy with Customer, why didn't he tell me that hes quickly busy but will assist as soon as hes done but nothing, I asked to speak to a manager but there was no one on duty they lady at the till told me that the managers name is Willem Ian. can please sort out this service at this store cause its terrible. I left the store about 18h35 and without the cassettes
