I would just like to find out from 8ta aka telkom mobile aka telkom why there are contact details on shopping centers websites for a telkom mobile / 8ta store as when you phone ANY branch either the phone just rings or the number does not exist i do not understand this, please sirt it out as it is frustrating, and another thing i went to go do a sim swoped my contract was picked up on someone else's name and when it was not fixed (Westgate) then after he had told me it will get sorted out guess what i am still Manthiba Malatjie who is a colleague that i work with. i called 8ta contact center and was told to go into a store to sort it out!!! WHY SHOULD I WASTE MY TIME IF IT WAS PICKED UP IN STORE AND NOT FIXED??? how i see it it can be done telephonically!!!
