Not Proffesional and a very bad attitude

Hardly a month in my contract I am already experiencing the unproffesionalism and bad attitude from the Telkom mobile staff. On the 13-08-2013 i took out a contract at the telkom store of an apple iPhone 5. hardly 2 weeks the home button was faulty. I took it bak to report it. At the store the lady was unfriendly and didn't make eye contact with me and looked at her monitor the whole time. She the told me she wants a receipt for it as proof that i had bought it at telkom mobile. I live 15km outside Rustenburg and i only get a chance late afternoos after work. I tried to ask her if there was no other means of checking on the system as I live far and she simply told me she won't help me without a receipt without making eye contact. I brought the receipt the following day only to be sent back AGAIN telling me i need to bring the box too. I had to travel then took the phone in only to find out till today it's still lying in the shop and nothing was done. When I asked their excuse is that the don't have a password to book it in. I told the guy that's a lame excuse he then started ignoring me and asked me what do i expect him to do? never have i expericed such."cheap" isn't always best.
