I live in Queenswood, Pretoria and work in Sandton, Johannesburg. I have an Iphone 5C and my reception is terrible in both these places. I have gone to the Sandton City branch about five times, but they say I must just accept it. Launching a compliant on their website doesn't work either, because no one responds. If I have such bad reception in these areas imagine how it must be in the rest of South Africa. When I was with Vodacom I never had these problems. I can't wait for my contract with Cell C contract to end, because the service is truly terrible.
