Power To Me

1. had to drive back from Florida to west gate because the sim i had was to big (old sim) and they did not ask do you have the sim with you (and i did have the sim with me)
2. get there they cant help me had to walk to all 3 Vodacom store in the mall just to hear they cant help
3. got the new sim after bitching don't know how long (26/01/2014)
4. "he did the sim swap" said i can only switch on my phone at 6pm today (27/012014)
5. got to the counter omw BAD Attitude!!!
6. after 6pm (27/012014) i switched on the phone to realised i cant make any phone calls.
7. just called vodacom customer care 6:34 (27/01/2014) and they said that the sim swop was not done and now i need to wait another 3 hours before i can use my phone.
