New cellphones no networks

28 Dec 2013 me and my wife went to the Vodacom shop in East Rand Mall for new contract phones. We took out 3 new contracts one for me my wife and my son. Me and my wife asked if we can do a sim swap so that we can keep our numbers the same as it was. On 2 Jan 2014 when we got our phones we asked the lady working there how long must we wait until the simcards will work and will be active, she replied 24 to 48 hours and we then waited the 48 hours and still it was not working we then phoned on Sat the 4th of Jan Vodacom to tell them that the phone simcards still are not working. The lady then advised us and said we must go and fetch 2 new simcards for the phones and then said it will work in the next 2 hours and now almost a week later it is still not working and my wife phoned several times during the week for this matter but it seems if Vodacom do not see the urgency of this. I need my phone because it is a business phone I can not miss a phone call because all my phone calls is business related. This is really the most pathetic service I have ever experience at Vodacom.
